Dear Sir,
We have the honour to state that we, the students of class XI and class XII of science group, are very much interested in holding a science fair on the occasion of the Victory Day. We believe it will enhance our passion to learn more about the mystery of science. Moreover, it will encourage our students to learn more about the mystery of the universe and the wonders of modern science.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to give us permission and necessary assistance to arrange and hold the fair successfully in our college campus.
