The lowest percentage of people living below the poverty line was in the year 2020: 20%. The graph shows that 40% of people used to live below the poverty line in 2000. The percentage increased by 15% and reached 55% in 2005. But, we can notice a decreasing trend from 2010 to 2020. In 2010 the percentage made 50%. It was 5% less than the rate in the year 2005. In 2015 there is a decrease of 15% taking the percentage to 35%. The year 2000 experienced another decrease of 15% and the percentage dropped to 20%. The graph reflects that percentage of the people living below the poverty line decreased significantly with the passage of time.
