Subject: Prayer for setting up a hostel in the college.
Dear Sir,
We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that many of us are facing acute accommodation problem as there is no hostel belonging to our college. We are staying in mess at different places of the city. But these messes do not have any congenial atmosphere for study. Moreover, it is difficult for us to concentrate on study living in mess as some 8/10 students have to stay in a single room. Besides, messes do not provide us with enough security. Many unwanted incidents occur in messes almost every day.
Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to consider our problems and take necessary steps to set up a hostel in our college.
